6,200,000,000 Pesos= lots of zeroes

Yes. It's another time for the Manik Makina to put the spotlight on Mr. Sipag at Tiyaga, Mr. "Nakaligo ka na ba sa dagat ng basura?", the Mr. Commercial 2009-2010, the presidentiable Senator Manny Villar.

(And no, Manik Makina didn't get paid for this. Pramis.)

Attention, is again on Mr. Manny Villar. Apparently, the C-5 thing is still haunting him, aside from his staunchest rivals and critics. And no, this is not part of any "black propaganda", or "dirty tactics", for I do not gain anything from this. (Ok, I do derive humor and anger from this topic.)

So, it may be right to assume that the timing of the report is malicious, since he is cutting down the lead on the surveys, closing in on Senator Noynoy Aquino. And Mr. Villar's camp could easily dispel the issue as another "dirty tactic". (I really hate hearing accused people that they were "framed", "falsely accused", "black propaganda", "hate campaign", etc...those are easy alibis and not even an excuse or a decent explanation. Just prove them wrong!)

There was an article from Philippine Daily Inquirer, posted January 17, 2010,stating:
Senator Manny Villar is facing censure at the Senate after he was found guilty for allegedly engaging in improper and unethical conduct in connection with the C5 road extension project, according to a draft report by the Senate committee of the whole.

At the same time, the draft report, a copy of which was furnished to the Philippine Daily Inquire by an official of a political party, asked Villar to return to the public coffers the total amount of P6.22 billion that ``he has or his companies have illegally gained or obtained as a result of unlawful acts and improper and unethical conduct.”
Villar’s involvement in the C5 project in Parañaque and Las Piñas, the report said, ``made the Filipino suffer (a loss) in the total amount of P6.22 billion.’’

So, this mess will take longer than usual to be resolved.

But I was thinking, "6,200,000,000 Pesos has a lot of zeroes."

Yes, I'm more concerned of all that moolaaaah. Dammet.

And since I'm no good in math, I tried to imagine with things/people/stuff you could get with 6.2 Billion Pesos. (with the current rate rounded up to 48 Pesos: $1)
