Last Sunday I had the chance to do a pre-nup photoshoot. It was for my dear friends E and K, who will be tying the knot on June this year. We went to London, together with our friend Bibi, and braved the strong winds and cold weather that day. We were rewarded with a rare winter sun and clear blue skies in between, and decided to go ahead with the outdoor locations for the spots.
There are hundreds of fantastic spots in London, and these are just some of them. Here are some sample shots from the locations we have been to. (I decided not to include the couple's shots yet, just in case you are reading this TOPE or ESPE.) :)
London Liverpool Station
Canary Wharf
Canary Wharf Underground Station
Canary Wharf District
Greenwich Old Royal Naval College
I had my Opteka Fisheye Lens in good use this time.
I was 'fisheye'-happy once I saw these shots.
Pardon my fishiness.
Naval College Garden
We took a clipper boat from Canary Wharf station to Embankment station to get back to Central London. It was a welcome relief from travelling through tubes and trains, and get a better view of London along the Thames River.
Some sort of Ben.
St. Paul's Cathedral
It was a whole-day shoot, but we were glad with the initial results. We survived getting blown with icy winds, and we shared some good dinner before we headed back home to dear Essex. I got hundreds of shots, and can't wait for my day-off to get my hands on them and start the editing process.
I'm still using my battle-tested and trusty Canon 550d. I wish Santa Claus would grant me with an upgrade soon. And a GoPro can't hurt either!
