So what can you do? Well, here are a few things you can work on to improve your daily confidence levels.
Tackling insecurities
No one is perfect, and that’s a fact. No matter who you are, it’s likely that you’re going to struggle with personal insecurities at some point in your life. Whether it be something about your appearance, your personality, your life, or otherwise - having an insecurity nagging at you in the back of your mind will bring down your confidence. It’s no use trying to maintain friendships with toxic friends, and you would be better off seeking a social life elsewhere.
